Spacious apartment in excellent location, cheap. New kitchen appliances and clothes washer. Restaurant downstairs was cheap with excellent food for any meal, friendly staff. I would stay with OTA again.

Staff were very helpful and accommodating with our late arrival. They spoke English well. The apartment supplied adequate fans to keep cool. We stayed all over Eastern Europe and it was the only apartment which provided iron, ironing board, and a washer. These are extremely helpful to a traveler.

I would definitely recommend your apartments. I found the service efficient. I liked the way all money was paid up front including tour bookings and it was nicely surprised to receive a text informing me of change of time for the tour to Auschwitz the following day. Clear instructions and details of location are very handy, plus San Sebastian cafe was a real bonus. The food is excellent and the staff!!

Taxi waiting at airport, excursions really good, Krakow is compact and easy too navigate, liked new apartment in old building get the feel the old character but with modern comfort. Apartment gives you more freedom than hotel.

Thought all the staff I met were very friendly - nice clean apartment which provided great add-on services (of which I only took up an excursion trip and the taxi service). I would definitely use your services again. Very hassle free, and there were no nasty shocks, or unexpected expenses waiting for us when we arrived. Taxi service was reliable and on time - with a very helpful and friendly driver.

The friendliness of your staff from the moment we were met at the airport. The location of Cracovia 7 we found excellent as it was in the middle for visiting the Old Town as well as Kazimierz. Inside the apartment there was plenty of room in both the living quarter as well as the bedroom. All equipment was of very good value and usable. The beds were very clean and so was the bed linen.
